Renaissance Society favorites poet Howe and musician Grubbs return for their third visit (see their 2012 performance, Frolic Architecture here).
Here they present a new sound work, Woodslippercounterclatter. Their fourth collaboration blends new, unpublished text collages by Howe with the resonant sounds of a grand piano and field recordings made in Boston’s Gardner Museum.
Co-presented with the Center for Poetry and Poetics, University of Chicago
