The Ren’s Student Committee is an active group of both undergraduate and graduate students who are enthusiastic about contemporary art and excited to engage closely with the Ren and its program. Students in all fields of study, from any academic institution in Chicago, are encouraged to apply.
New this year, all who apply are welcome to participate. Committee activities begin with a kick-off event on Friday, October 25 (see link) and extend through June 2025. Participants should be able to commit to roughly one engagement per month including meetings, studio visits, events and more.
The deadline for applications is Monday, October 28
A kick-off gathering will be held at the Ren Friday, October 25 from 5 until 7pm. There you can view the current exhibition, meet Ren staff, and engage with other students interested in the Student Committee.
