Located in Cobb Hall, the Renaissance Society hosts contemporary art exhibitions and programs. Now a fully independent museum, “The Ren” was founded in 1915 by University of Chicago faculty, and its work with artists frequently results in newly commissioned art in an unfettered platform for bold experimentation.
To learn more about the Ren, join us for this open house-style event featuring pizza, free posters, and a walk-through of the current gallery exhibition Fear of Property, which features work by seventeen artists from around the world.
